The BRITA PURITY C1100 XtraSafe has been developed to optimise even particularly challenging water with elevated chloride and sulphate levels. Water with high chloride and sulphate content can cause corrosion in coffee machines, ovens and combi-steamers. This can lead to permanent damage to components and, consequently, to machine failure. This results in the premature replacement of parts and high maintenance costs.
To mitigate these risks, BRITA has developed the PURITY C1100 XtraSafe. The cartridge offers effective protection against machine corrosion through a 5-stage filtration process featuring two ion exchangers. Chlorides, sulphates and minerals that form limescale and gypsum are specifically reduced through the individual blend setting of the filter head suited to the application. The result is water with a balanced mineral content. For great-tasting coffee, perfectly steamed vegetables and meat, irresistibly crispy baked goods and machines optimally protected against rust, gypsum and limescale deposits.
