Fire resistant Hinged door EI60 - Single, double or XXL hinged doors

Fire resistance EN 1634-1: EI2-60 (integrity and insulation, 60 minutes). Radiation: EW 180.

Glazing: solid or glazed leaf (types 1, 2, 3, 4, R and SM), lateral and upper fanlights, standard or custom sizes.

• Mechanical resistance: M4 (maximum normative level), up to M+7 (maximum level beyond the standards)
• Acoustic performance: Rw = 36 dB (single door), Rw = 30 dB (double door)
• Air tightness: minimum L2 (single door; double door with door closer)
• Thermal insulation: U between 1.7 and 1.9 W/m²K depending on dimensions
• Service life of the door: 15-year warranty on the door set

Clear passage: width at 180° = opening width - 140; width at 90° = opening width - 210 (single) or - 280 (double); height = opening height - 90.
Supporting construction: minimum 100 mm thick and minimum density 480 kg/m³.
Larger or smaller doorsets and other wall thicknesses are available on request, without certificate.
Optional: ventilation grilles in 3 standard sizes (580 x 380, 680 x 480 and 880 x 680 mm).
