ZPD1 Floor drain is designed specifically for offsite pod / prefab construction with its low profile, drop-in outlet technology that reduces installation and provides jobsite flexibility.

* Drain is designed for shallow subfloor installations where concrete may not be present and can be adjusted to accommodate 3/8" to 7/8" finished floor thicknesses with optional extensions shims

* Drain comes standard with membrane-clamping frame, drop-in outlet , neoprene outlet gasket and a heel-proof round or square light-duty secured strainer in nickel bronze or stainless steel.

* Drain body also includes three securing flanges designed to allow the drain to be quickly and easily mechanically fastened to any flooring surface
