Attic Ladder (Airtight Type) – CXTW

Airtight attic ladder designed for easy access to storage spaces above the ceiling.

The lightweight aluminium folding ladder is easy to operate and features a safety mechanism designed to reduce the risk of finger pinching.

A handrail is provided on one side of the ladder as standard and can be added to the other side as an option.

The airtight sealing material helps improve heating and cooling efficiency as well as sound insulation.

Provides airtight performance equivalent to Grade A-4 of JIS A 4706.

For indoor residential use with wood framing only.
