The anchoring system is composed of vertical C shape profile type K1, K2 steel cold formed and with loop on the backside, distance 50 mm from loop to loop,cut according to the in exact length according to the project request. The vertical groove along the vertical profile allows, with the use of a special nut, the front connection of the horizontal profile and the fast correction of the level and alignment. The vertical profiles are fixed to the wall at a certain distance each other by means of special bracket plate OMEGA shape in steel.The bracket dimension is calculated according to the load and the shape is studied to reduce the thermal bridge. The load brackets are fixed to the structure in concrete by means of anchors (mechanical or chemical) and permit an adjustment of ±20 mm of the vertical alignment. The vertical profile is also fixed along the wall by means of a threated bar and chemical anchors. The Horizontal profile type S, in aluminium EN AW 6060T6 are is designed to support and hold the marble panel all along the base. This solution helps a lot during the installation of the marble and also reduces the load on the stone. To connect the top of the stone to the horizontal profile S, the stainless steel A2 ( AISI 304) clip must be inserted in the kerf made in the thickness of the stone. The stone is vertically pushed by the installer until the clip is connected to the gap on the bottom of the horizontal profile. The Horizontal profile has also a gap on the top to allow the connection to the vertical profile without holes.
This anchoring system is designed to allow the independent installation or dismantle any stone panel: this is very important during the construction activity or/and for maintenance.
All the anchoring system elements are produced following high standard of quality according to ISO 9001 and are also CE certified according to the UNI EN 1090.
