GEALAN Fenster-Systeme

The Eastsite office complex in Mannheim stands for modern urban development. The Eastsite X office building forms the "keystone" of the office park on the northern Konrad-Zuse-Ring. The bar-shaped building stands out: its dark façade panels show a strong contrast to the neighbouring buildings. Concrete elements that seem to be stacked on top of each other, large window areas and a glass entrance area make it look surprisingly light. With its clear basic shape and five storeys, the extravagant building blends harmoniously into the office park. The individual design of the rooms, generous corridors and state-of-the-art technology and energy supply create good working conditions. The windows of the GEALAN S 9000 system were equipped with an aluminium shell in a design variant that was developed especially for this building and is now part of the GEALAN standard programme.
